Wishes are granted to children that fit the following set criterias:

- Child that have been diagnosed with a a deteriorating illness or terminal disease by a Doctor in Kuwait

- Children ages between 3 and 18 years old at the time of application

- The child is either a citizen or resident of the state of Kuwait
